People are asking me, "What is the Detox Boot Camp?" Well, here is the bullet-point rundown. I'll share with you details of each of these components in upcoming videos.
First, it's a very cleansing diet.
Lots of raw vegetables, vegetable-blended smoothies. A little bit of meat, so I actually get healthy protein and healthy fat in small amounts and very, very clean in my diet. So, I'm getting the nutrients that my body needs to facilitate the detoxification process.
Total Relaxation and More
I'm also practicing restorative yoga every day, a relaxing pose for about 15 minutes, where I put the headphones on with the meditation music, hear the brainwave music, and just totally relax and de-stress.
Exercise For Vitality
I have a very special exercise regime with Kundalini yoga that I'm following.
Once a day, I get in the hot tub, or the steam room, to sweat out some poisons.
Mega Enzymes
I'm practicing what I call mega-enzyme therapy. Even though I'm getting enzymes from all the raw vegetables I'm consuming, I'm taking extra enzyme pills so that I get lots and lots of enzymes in my system to help break up that junk and clear myself out.
Low Carb
I'm also consuming very, very low carbohydrate. One piece of fruit each day, which is a pineapple, and a little bit of carrot and beet in my smoothie, and that's about all the carbs that I'm consuming in this regime.
Proper Food Combining
I'm also practicing proper food combining, as much as possible.
Alkaline Water
I'm drinking lots and lots of alkaline-pure water, some herbal tea, and a couple of cups of green tea.
